1 By1 Leadership Foundation sees its role as a “Relational Router” by building trusting relationships with Immokalee’s most vulnerable populations and in turn, connecting them to community-wide resources that can help support them in overcoming their circumstances. With this in mind, OBO continues to network and collaborate with non-profit organizations and convene community leaders from various sectors of the city on behalf of young people and their families.

98% of the student body complete post-secondary training
Helped 5 organizations obtain their 501(c)(3) status
Built 6 homes for families whose homes were destroyed by Hurricane Irma
A local project to address food insecurity issues for the students and families involved in the many programs of 1By1 over the years
